Do you have what it takes

To Everest?

Oct 11 - 14th, 2018

Stratton Mtn, VT

What if Mt. Everest and 29029 vertical feet came to you?

We rent a private mountain. We build a base camp village with bands, bonfires, luxury tipi tents, food and drink. You join a community of like-minded individuals while tackling an epic endurance challenge. It is “Burning Man” meets “Ironman”.

A new challenge. An inspiring community. A chance to invest in yourself. A weekend for your life resume.

Are you up for the challenge..

Run/walk/crawl up the mountain. Take the gondola down. Repeat. 17 times. Until you climb 29029 feet…EVEREST.

We bring the world’s hardest climb….to YOU.

It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves – Sir Edmund Hillary

29029 - A Challenge for the Soul
Use Your Weekends Wisely

Marc Skalla

I woke up feeling extremely grateful (and a little sore) this morning. I have never truly felt stronger mentally or physically. Thank you for absolutely the best, most soul-stirring event I have ever participated in. There is something very unique and special about the group of people the event brought together. Definitely made a difference in my life.

Just wanted to give you a tremendous high five and a pat on the back for putting on a phenomenal event this weekend. It was over-the-top incredibly well run and a badass event that slayed us all.

I’m so elated (the word doesn’t do the emotion justice) that I finished. I don’t see myself as a “real athlete” and this weekend might have changed my perception ;-). It was life changing for me and I hope I stay on this high for a very very long time. I feel so accomplished and proud. Thank you for what you did to create an event that allowed me to feel this way.

I was BLOWN away by the quality of the event, and the people helping to coordinate it all.

The attitudes of everyone helping to make it all work were incredible, uplifting and full of great energy that made a big difference to the athletes involved.

Every detail that you all thought of (from the branding wall to the spray paint wall, the tents, the food, etc)… was just amazing.

You are amazing.  Your team is amazing. The entire 29029 event and experience was amazing. Well done.
You and your team’s positive attitude made a HUGE difference in the experience of 29029.   A genuine smile and a few words of encouragement can make that next excruciating step just a bit more manageable.  I want to personally thank you for 29029.  This was my re-entry to endurance athletics after a five-year pause (young family and launched our company).  This was the first time our children got to see their Dad set a goal, suffer through the process and complete the goal.  This is such a powerful life lesson and one that is hard to replicate.

It was a gift spending time around so many kind and positive people. With out a doubt the most upbeat, positive, and well organized event I’ve ever been to. Also, thanks for the awesome boost of energy you gave us all after each climb. It did not go unnoticed and was much needed. That was a serious challenge, but a blast to climb.

I’ve been to a TON of business and athletic events but 29029 was the most inspirational and well coordinated event by far. And it’s not even close. It was an epic event with literally a world class field of athletes and human beings. It was a honor, humbling, grueling and worth every gallon of sweat!

I feel most alive when I’m challenged…when i’m pushed..when I’m forced to see what I’m made of. Not when I’m sitting on the sidelines.

Every day you’re faced with a choice:

Will you exist or will you truly live?

29029 is for those who want to live. Those who believe challenging things change us. And that life’s greatest obstacles reveal what you’re really made of.

29029 is more than an event. It’s a dare. A test of will. A life experience only a few will have. It’s a Vermont mountain asking you to climb it. 17 times.

I have a quote that lives on my wall at home. A constant reminder to me to GO NOW when I’m on the fence of doing something HARD. “Because in the end you won’t remember the time you spent in the office or mowing the lawn”.

Come climb the goddamn mountain.
